Product Introduction
The electric sliding rail features a steel wire belt with an effective stroke of up to 500mm. It utilizes a high-precision 42 stepper motor, allowing the speed of the sliding rail to be adjusted through PWM pulse width control. The sliding rail is made of aluminum alloy and incorporate CNC high-load sliders and steel wire belts, enabling a load capacity of up to 10KG. This makes the sliding rail suitable for most multi-degree-of-freedom, linkage, and other bionic robotic arms available on the market. It is an excellent choice for industrial automation scenarios!
High-Accuracy Stepper Motor
The electric sliding rail is equipped with a 42 stepper motor. By employing PWM pulse width control, the motor's rotation speed can be adjusted to regulate the lead speed of the electric sliding rail. The motor features a pure copper coil paired with a silicon steel rotor, extending the motor's service life and reducing noise levels.
Aluminium Alloy Sliding Rail
The slide rail is constructed from aluminum alloy, providing stability and durability. Its edges are equipped with an anti-collision design, greatly extending the service life of the electric slide rail.
CNC High-Load Slider
The sliding rail incorporates high-load sliders with a service life of 3-5 years. Enhanced with a self-lubrication system, it ensures a seamless delivery process.
High-Quality Nylon Cable Carrier
The cable carrier is constructed from high-grade PA66 nylon material, offering enhanced pressure resistance and durability to minimize the risk of breakage. Its design effectively protects connecting wires, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting performance.
